**Please take note that working days here refer to Monday to Saturday, not including Sunday and Public Holidays.
Same Day Collection (Urgent)
If your total orders over RM300 and you would like to collect the goods on the same working day within order process time (9am-1pm), please whatsapp to customer service for arrangement. Else, goods purchase after order process time 1pm is not eligible for same day collection. Goods will be ready to collect on the 2nd working day 2pm-5pm as usual.
Self Collect (Normal)
Goods will be ready to collect at Warehouse, on the 2nd working day 2pm-5pm.
Shipping (with Shipping Charge)
Goods will be picked by courier service within 1-2 working days after purchase. Then delivery normally takes another 2-3 working days deliver to you.
Shipping (Free Delivery)
4-10 Working Days, Within Klang Valley
10-15 Working Days, Within Peninsular Malaysia

Order Process Time
Please embrace that we are not able to serve walk-in customer, on demand service, or Cash and Carry. We are an eCommerce channel + Warehouse distribution. We require ample time to process your order and to pull out your stocks out from our warehouse with the conditions (>RM300 order) and order process time (9am-1pm) to enable us to offer you the best price and the same day collection service.
